Here for an event - I'm here to attend a class, workshop, event, talk, meetup, gathering, etc.
Visitor - I'm here to meet a friend.
Wanting a tour - I want to get a tour and possibly become a member!
What is this building/organization? - I was just passing by and curious.

❓ Do you have your keyfob/keycard/RFID tag?
Yes - But I don't know where to tap it.
Yes - But when I use it the door doesn't open.
No - I forgot it, misplaced it, or damaged it.
I'm a new memeber - I just joined PS1, how do I get a key?

👉 Solution: Check your membership page for membership status and RFID tag info
- Go to membership.pumpingstationone.org and login - Check that Membership status shows Active - If it doesn't, either payment for your dues didn't go through or your membership account is broken. Ask in Discord for more help. - Click Edit Profile - Scroll down and make sure the number in RFID Tag matches the one on your key - The numbers are ten digits only. For keycards use the first ten digits on the back.
This is an emergency - My membership is active and my RFID tag is correct, but I need to get in the building now

👉 Solution: How to use a keyfob/keycard/RFID tag.
- Stand in front of the left most door on Elston, it's got part of the PS1 logo on it. - Find the keypad to the right of that door. - Tap your key on the top of the keypad. - Push the door in, watch your step. - ??? - Go make something magical.
Door won't open - I heard a beep but the door won't unlock.

👉 Solution: You're a visitor wanting to get in
- Try pushing the left door open, often times for larger events we leave it unlocked - Check that Membership status shows Active - If it doesn't, either payment for your dues didn't go through or your membership account is broken.
