Projector Screen
The up/down buttons are located on the wall to the right of the white board. Make sure it doesn't get caught on any magnets or chairs or the trash can.
Projector - InFocus IN3148HD
1080p (1920 x 1080) native resolution
On/Off - The power button is labeled on the projector, press it once, green light should get lit. Press the power button twice to turn it off.
Change inputs - Press Source once, and then use the up down buttons to pick what you need, most likely HDMI1 or HDMI2. The inputs are label with masking tape, things tend to get plugged in/out. The black and blue HDMI cable is the one attached to the reel.
Don't mess with the volume on the projector, keep it at 10.
See the Audio and Speakers section to get HDMI audio from the projector to the speakers.
HDMI devices
Long ass blue/black HDMI cable reel - Screen sharing, old school
Self-explanatory, the end that plugs into your computer might need to be jiggled.

Chromecast with Google TV - Screen sharing via Chrome from Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android, and casting video
The white dongle device, often times it's left unplugged. The remote generally lives above some of the components bins behind you if you're facing the screen and under the projector.
Using the Chrome browser you can cast your screen/browser/tab to it. From the YouTube mobile app you can cast videos. Volume can be controlled through the remote's side buttons or in the YouTube app.
You can also just use the remote to browse YouTube through it.

ScreenBeam (ActionTec) - Screen sharing from Windows and Mac, natively
I have no idea how to use this thing, but I know how to internet.
This is the four legged black device with ActionTec written on it. Make sure the HDMI for it is plugged into the projector.
You can screen share to it natively through Windows and Mac (but not Linux, because we're dirty people). The setup guides can be found on the ScreenBeam site.
