The person in charge of the brew. There can be only one brewmaster.

The percentage alcohol. Doesn't need a percent sign. A hyphenated range is fine. Only provide as many significant digits as you have.

Those who really helped out during the brew. Up to the brewmaster to decide who to put here; but don't be a dick about it and skip people who mopped up after you and fetched things for 5 hours. They helped too. Comma separated, spaces. If not provided, you're saying you went it alone.
