Front door lock status
Shawn has gotten no response from SchoolFactory about IRS tax info for physical donations

We have the new lease
- Brian and Matt have looked through it
- The ADA compliance language is missing
- We need to schedule a time for the inspector
Ad agency negotiations
- We have decided that the best way to handle this is to pass this off to the membership and take a finder's fee
- This particular deal, if it happens, will be competed for internally and we will decide what to do.
The party brought in a significant amount of funds
