- Status of Lawyer hunt -> we have emails from it, Tim will be looking into that.

- Financial/membership report full starving members in total
- Flourish Workshop (flourish is March 30-31)
- The compressor for the laser is broken. Do we need anything more to fix the big one? How should we pay for new/fixing compressor? -> steve finkelman reports that it was just an oil leak, everything is fine.
What's Required From Lease
- some provision to cover 'no answer from landlord on something that the lease requires us to request permission on, equals permission'
- moving stuff ahead of time should be in the lease?
- ADA / occupancy / inspection

- get shelves if he doesn't want them?
- ask the lawyer for inspector suggestions, otherwise come up with one oon our own
