New Business

Lyn Birthday Party Planning Cleanup Day (April 29th is Party)
- We will have two cleanup days - 1 on the 22nd, one on the 29th to do final tidy.
- Parties will provide snacks from their budget for cleanup day
- "One persons snack is not another person's snack" - Wisdom from Donzell
- There will be sustenance, not substances.
  - James does not want to advertise substances.
  - We will use the term refreshments or snacks to avoid this dillema.
- The board would like to recognize Lyn for being the best Purple Party Planner. Thanks Lyn!
  - Donzell mentions [redacted].

Volunteer Appreciation Day Party
- Donzell thinks we should have one.
  - He thinks an onsite party might be a way to save money.
- We could do a special volunteer T-Shirt
- We could give the volunteers substances. (jokes)
- We could have a volunteer VIP area during the PS:1 party.
- Donzell will reach out to all of the area hosts and team leads
