This is a collection of all of the **working** hand planes in the shop. I am working to get them up and running; once they are I will post them here.

Note: These hand planes are rough (if you are a beginner then you really can't tell based on how I set them up, so you can stop reading this). If you have used a lot of hand tools you'll notice their issues immediately, and you would be better off using your own. An apt power tool comparison would be a Ryobi retrofitted to use a Dewalt battery




Groz Hand Plane:

Description: This hand plane is a zombie of a bunch of different parts. It is the size of a Stanley #4. Body: Indian Made, Possibly Groz Brand

Blade: Stanley, likely post 1970 make

Cap: Groz

Sharpening: Set up as a smoothing plane; bevel 30deg
