Irving Park Rd, Chicago IL, 60618 - T: 773-539-7831 Fire extinguishers must have a current service/inspection tag, must be inspected every 12 months. Fire extinguishers must be physically tested every 6 years. CityWide does both inspections and testing. Fire extinguishers used in a space like PS1 must be at least 5 lb. units; small home extinguishers should not be kept at the space.
