9.8.2016 - Danny Blanchard: Drag chain bracket installed, new lock washers installed (machine can now travel freely until it crashes... :).  GRBL shield and Arduino Uno were removed and bent/disconnected pins repaired (likely due to rough handling?).  E-stop switch backing nut tightened.  Machine ran fine on Easel and with GRBL Controller.

2. Y-axis cable/energy chain is too short, binding before the gantry can reach Y-zero.  I have two brackets I'm going to install that will relocated the chain about 1 inch, and this will do the trick (found this solution online from another SO2 user).

4. E-stop case is glued shut, but the nut on the back of the switch has backed off.  I'm going to drill a small hole parallel to the nut to allow manual tightening without having to break open this nice case.  Case should be permanently mounted in an easy-access location on the frame.
