There has been some disagreements around this issue.
Language
- The board of directors is granted the authority to set all official Pumping Station One policies.
- The process for setting policy shall be by vote of the board of directors in accordance of the bylaws.
- Policies set by the board may be modified, rescinded or replaced by a vote of the membership.
