New Business

• Call a junk service (such as 1-800-got-junk) in to get quote on e-waste (and burny fridge?). We should specify a budget beforehand so we can have them cart it away on the spot if the price is reasonable.
• Should we up the dumpster pickup to thrice weekly? It's topping out regularly.
• The window in the front door is broken.

    • Waiting on Elizabeth to okay the expense.

      • Landlord has been ignoring our emails because he abandoned his email address.

  • Bry is going to notify School Factory that we're pursuing 501c3.
  • Bry is going to javelin Everett.

  • Call junk service and get quote on getting rid of limbo and burny fridge.
  • Increase dumpster pickups to three times a week. We're doing it.
  • Window in front door is broken. We're going to ask the membership to produce a temporary replacement.
    • Everett investigated the front door repairs in general. We can probably replace the door frame and the closer and be okay.
• We should talk to landlord about the ridiculous flooding issues upstairs.
• 2009-2010 statements are reconciled. Noony continues working on taxes filing.
• Our remote VM box went down. Wiki is sorta back up - somewhat broken. Member site is down, mailing lists are down, maybe some other stuff. Hef is working on it.
