Since we went to 2 garbage pickups a week I have seen the dumpster get serviced 1/2 empty or less several times. So I thought I would try this method of "participating" in the board meetings. Since we went to 2 garbage pickups a week I have seen the dumpster get serviced 1/2 empty or less several times.
