Apparently this amendment was voted on at a meeting that took place on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 but the minutes of that meeting do not exist in this wiki. There is a posting in the google members' list setting out the text of the amendment, and according to the [[2010 Votes|2010 list of votes]], it passed.
