• Shawn has gotten no response from SchoolFactory about IRS tax info for physical donations

Minutes

• We have the new lease
  • Brian and Matt have looked through it
  • The ADA compliance language is missing
  • We need to schedule a time for the inspector
• Ad agency negotiations
  • We have decided that the best way to handle this is to pass this off to the membership and take a finder's fee
  • This particular deal, if it happens, will be competed for internally and we will decide what to do.
• The party brought in a significant amount of funds
• Patrick says we have members
• Ishmael game a more exact number of members and funds
• Ishmael says our Outright.com is set up
• Steve spoke with landlord Steve's employee and he said they may end up re-keying.
  • We will, probably, want to see about keeping the same keys.
  • Steve will look into buying a replacement lock
