School Factory

Directing people to school factory at this point doesn't make much sense to me - we should be in the process of severing our relationship with them, as there's no benefit for anyone but school factory for a donation now that we have our 501c3 status. --Dbever (talk) 16:52, 2 May 2016 (CDT)

-To the extent I understand this sentence, federal tax treatment and how a corporation is organized under state law are different things. I'll limit my comment to offer this general factual observation.
