Old Business
- Addressed the budget gap by raising rates
- new rates: $70/$40
- existing members grandfathered in until they change
New Business
- School Factory Fiscal Sponsorship
- Vote to give board ability to sign a fiscal sponsorship agreement
- Does not affect our day to day dealings, or any small donations under $250
- Ask what happens if we are donated particularly valuable items: i.e. land
