I am voting no due to the kickstarter section of the vote. As Derek says, fund-raising is a lot of work and you have not assigned anyone to do it except for "the board". Fund raising falls under the aegis of the PR director. PR director is a volunteer role, so we cannot expect Ray to spend time on it as though it were a full time job. If Ray is willing to become a sponsor for this vote with the understanding that he has the time and resources to commit to running the fund-raising campaign, then my objection to this part of the vote will no longer stand.
