The committee will report on work being done to change the by-laws in accordance with the work being done by our pro-bono lawyers, discuss with the lawyers what we want from the by-laws so that the lawyers can translate that from informal-speech to legal-speech, discuss any by-laws changes to make operations easier and other changes that people have been discussing over the past couple of years. One purpose of the committee is to make it clear to the membership that by-laws are being worked on, and to get members involved.
