Background
It's my opinion that the following three pseudo policies are invalid because they were not voted on by the general membership:
While the validity of the above pseudo policies may be debated forever, this vote is to settle the fact.
The purpose of this vote is to reiterate that policy changes in the space must go through a vote of the membership, and policies outside of legal compliance must go through a vote of the membership.
Language
Policy changes in the space are not suitable as a vote of the directors, and must be voted on by the general membership.
