Background
There are 2 major problems with the current Member point system.
- It should be a Policy, not a bylaw.
- What points are given for is ambiguous.
Activities that get membership points should be moved out of the policy.
Language
- Remove Member Rewards Amendment from the bylaws.
- Create a policy called "Member Points" as follows:
