Sanitization, waste disposal, and general cleaning of the lavatories has generally been non-routine, and done on a member motivation/JFDI basis.  The purpose of this page is to organize specific goals for santization and waste management of the PS:1 space, and outline steps to detail those goals.  Commentary and discussion should be limited to the 'talk' page.

*  Cleaning fluids: Excellent.  Have copious amounts of glass cleaner, floor cleaner, disinfectant spray, bleach.
*  Cotton rags: one box of rags, in vault.
*  Mop and mopping bucket:  Mop is rather dirty and needs to be thoroughly cleaned out.  Mopping bucket was broken, replaced on 2-May-2014
*  Utility sink - near welding area.  There is a clog in the drain, cleared somewhat by Justin.

Purpose

Sanitization, waste disposal, and general cleaning of the lavatories has generally been non-routine, and done on a member motivation/JFDI basis. Primary Goals

  • All lavatories to be cleaned twice a week
  • Develop system to assure that trash is routinely taken out to the dumpster
  • Begin recycling program
