- Announcements of votes are made on a mailing list that all Full members are allowed to join and post vote announcements too.
- All members are required to subscribe to the designated "Vote Announcement" mailing list. Not subscribing forfeits the right to electronic vote notification.
- Announcements of votes may be made by any member of the organization.
- Announcements of votes must allow for 1 meeting prior to the voting meeting.
