Vote on Sacha's proposal to membership onboarding (UPDATE- Sacha tabled his vote for revisions- we will not be voting this week)

Introduce the present board and area hosts.
New members/visitors introduce themselves

Announcements

Announce events from the calendar.
Anyone have an event or thing to announce? Now's the time, 1 minute max each.
May 18th, maker faire northside. Makers wanted, tables are supposedly free.

Tours for Visitors

Adam will give official tour (make sure liability forms have been signed and that emergency contact info is filled out)

briefly announces noobs paradise
intros present board members/area host
new members/visitors intro themselves
eric announces that sacha's vote has been tabled both because it was edited too recently and because sacha decided to table it anyhow
tim asks for help installing lights in shop
will asks for anyone involved in bday party to meet with him after the public meeting
upcoming events

  - 8pm lockpicking

  - 7pm CNC build club - will have a special speaker about using Kinects in 3d scanning

  - 7pm PS1 BIRTHDAY PARRRRTAAAAAY
    - Also we need volunteers to help with pre party set up and post party clean up

  - 2pm-6pm stitches get switches

  - 7pm NERP- startup presentation on wireless data communication
