**Our 2024 fed 990 was due a few months ago, we got it extended to November 17. Our IL AG-990 was due at the end of June, we got an extension that Nick thinks was 60 days. That would mean we have just passed our new due date. Nick believes that the fed 990 is a prerequisite to the IL AG-990.
