This page was created to make an attempt at quantifying the cost to move PS1 to another facility


Currently we have approximately $80k

I am positing that it will cost $100k to make a move assuming we leave the current building one day and move into the next with no overlapping rent payments.

While not ideal this gives us a staring point to begin conversations. Currently we are projected to run a deficit of $30k per year. Assuming everything runs the same as the numbers from today we would need to turn a -$60k deficit into a +$20k net positive in the next two years.
