You can also prepare files yourself using the Formlabs Preform software. There is a Discourse thread discussing how to do so in great detail: https://discourse.pumpingstationone.org/t/how-to-succeed-using-preform-for-the-form-3-sla-3d-printer/1210

==Prerequisites to Authorization==
==Authorization==

The only prerequisite for Form 3 authorization is to be authorized on the "regular" 3D printers. Must be able to create a print on one of the currently operational filament printers. Formlabs authorization is about one 2-hour session. A Canvas Course is in progress.
Authorization is currently restricted, though authorization is not required to print through the [[Paid Parts|paid parts program]].

== Authorization - How to Sign Up for Training ==
Authorizations are currently suspended while we re-organize. Check the #sla-printing channel in Slack or the Form 3 SLA area in Discourse under CNC for updates.
== Authorization Tracking ==
Authorizations are done in-person.
