Dock Lift
The loading dock has a hydraulic lift platform that can be used to load and unload items from a truck. The platform, which is 6' wide and 8' long, can be adjusted to be at any height up to 4' 10". Because the height of the dock door is only 9'11", the maximum height of an item to be unloaded is about 5'7", assuming a 4" pallet and 4' truck bed height. For taller items, a fork lift may be required.
The lift is controlled by a power switch and an 3 position hydraulic valve to the right of the dock door. Caution there is a one inch lip between the top of the lift and the ground by the door.
