			This has a Fitterdave-designed flame guard that allows this burner to fire without torching the electronics on the keg. (This was a problem with the initial design. I assumed 100,000 BTU burners would deposit 100% of their heat into the kegs. I was very much wrong!) - Ryan Pierce
