I was wondering if the actual vote numbers recorded were correctly though. It seemed a bit incomplete to me. :::According to the Bylaws, due to a quirk (that the MWE lawyers are supposed to help fix), votes of Abstain effectively count against a proposal. If 41 were present, there must be >= 21 Yes votes or it doesn't pass.
