How come the discussion about the landlord and the potential deal wasn't included in the minutes? I know nothing is final about that until the landlord makes an offer, but it was discussed at the board meeting. It should be in the minutes. Justin (talk) 00:24, 15 July 2015 (CDT)

What is the meaning of this:

Is Dave drafting the waiver with Ryan's assistance or is Dave is charged with consulting with counsel to have counsel draft the waiver?
