Come to Order - 7:00

Money (Ishmael)
- We have $1400 in bank
  - 501c3 is $850 if it passes
  - $200 for 'fun and games' if it passes
  - We have around 60 members
- Insurance needs to be renewed

Lease negotiations (Sacha)
- Steve wants to increase our rent by a couple hundred. Currently 1640 incl utilities
- Should negotiation and signing of lease be always be under BoD power

Corporate Membership - tabled

Bylaws
- Bug hunt - talk about at main membership mtg
- Conflict of interest policy - Ishmael has form for anyone to fill out.
- Privacy policy - we should have one. Ryan to write one.

Geekprom (Nate and Anne)
- Added info to wiki re: location search and budget
- Needs bands volunteers etc

Fundraising (Jordan)
- Kickstarter - we are registered
- Make magazine subscription sales (Sacha)

Pitchfork
- First year volunteers are not paid but get a 10x10 booth

Meetings
- Twice monthly membership meeting 1st & 3rd Tuesday (Sacha)

Location scouting
- Ask landlords, get as many leads as possible
- Neighborhood tour this Friday (Anne)
