:We didn't change anything, and we didn't add any new users. We only started to try to find out how much it would cost to add more users. All of our action items that involved anything that might require spending money or adding users or whatnot were meant for us to discuss with the board. :We didn't announce anything before having this meeting. Just people who have said they were interested self organizing. While we certainly intend to be open about our planning for the space, it will be a lot easier to plan if we don't have a lot of random people dropping in to "help." That is to say, it'll be easier with fewer people working on it. You're certainly welcome to help out. I'll keep you informed for the next time we decide to meet and talk about things.
