Status of money owed by the old landlord. (Eric). We are working on sending information to a separate attorney.

- people moved
- financial problems
- one person had a lot of problems getting certified, and felt like they were supporting other peoples hobbies
- didn't have enough time to come by often, but loved ps1
- only joins when we has a project to do
- we are messy - we need to work on organizing so people don't have to search for tools

  - figured out while waste disposal autopay stopped
  - approved quickbooks purchase
  - pay waste mgmt for oct 1st

  - Haskei LLC- we keep asking them to stop making us their official status

  - getting clearer bills from Tony- he said he will work on it if he can borrow our better copier
  - guardian heating and cooling- they will be here before 12-6 tomorrow

  - Beagle bone - process winning prize
  - equiptment loan agreement- Ed working on it
  - member banning - eric has draft
  - should we take ownership of com-ed bill, and have tony pay us
    - it may be pointless since we still need him for the meter reading
  - mike kuperman - thinks he pays us, but our records don't reflect it
