Jaypee payment - RT #509
Authorize funds to fix laser extraction.
- Skilton has recommended holding off for a time - There is a temporary solution in place.
New air conditioner for lounge - let's just authorize some money and replace this.
- "Spending money from the general fund necessary to keep the organization's property in good working order and functioning in fulfillment of the organization's mission"
Approve $300 more for AC service stuff. Brings total to $600

- Serious problem with paypal. Status of paypal statements?
  - Noony says the bookkeeper asked for monthly statements from paypal from inception of account to current. Hef and Steve both say the statements are not available.
  - Noony will ask bookkeeper if beginning/ending balance for each month is sufficient
  - Adding bry to Chase account so she can handle management actions at a downtown branch.
- We will file taxes before 501c3 proceedings begin.
- From lawyer - getting new engagement letter
- Bylaws are in our courts
- Talking about 501c3 - we need to draft a 1023 form
- Need to reconcile total of Ish's debacle
