Board Member Intro
Expiry of new meeting format. Renew? (Sacha)
- Majority in favor of keeping
- Will look into encoding into bylaws for further on
- Time limits will be loosely enforced
PPPWRS (Jim)
- 1 event finalized
- Securing first sponsor for a power wheel team
- New Rules, reducing production efforts needed to race.
Python class (Tim)
- Will be putting together along with Paul
BarCamp (Tim)
- Free con is free (as in, and including beer)
Zymurgy 101 will rehash first class/meeting on Saturday
Media Center now installed w/Myth TV, further development coming.
Food is banned in the space proper due to problems with cleanliness for 1 week.
- You can still eat in the front area, just not in our space.
Payment system will be simplified, only recurring membership which you will have to opt out if you cancel.
