- One of the new landlords has signed the lease but the co-owner is out of the country for a little while
- Brian will see if the new landlords will give us a key early to move stuff in

- The network needs to be designed and laid out
- the floors need to be cleaned, painted?, and taped off for new spaces
- We need to see if we can get access by this weekend.
