Paypal up and running (Ishmael)
- Have around 55 members currently, even after the switch

Bylaws (Ishmael)
- Do not have a dissolution statement, but we need one for 501c3.
- Ishmael & Nikki to create verbage.
- Vote on next meeting

Sponsor Page and Periodic Table (Tim)
- Sponsorship page is live - Thanks Tim and Anne
- Periodic table of sponsors - Tim to set up
  - Table with name & image of donors. Post actual donation $$s?

- File Management
- Place for letterheads, waivers etc
  - Free for up to 2Gigs. Public folder.

Geek Prom (Nate & Anne)
- Location options. Co-Prosperity sphere an option but wants to charge more than last year.
