== Background ==

A few volunteers are representing Pumping Station:One at the Detroit Makerfaire July 25-26th. At our booth, we are going to showcase [http://pumpingstationone.org/2014/05/mini-maker-faire-or-how-i-annoyed-hundreds-of-people/ Derek's noisemaker project] ([https://github.com/loansindi/ps1_noise Github link]). Each noisemaker kit costs about $5. We have had five successful Makerfaire experiences with these noisemakers. For the Detroit Makerfaire we would like to ask Pumping Station:One to cover the cost of the noisemakers. To make 100 noisemakers, the cost would be $500.

Authorize the board or an authorized individual to spend up to $600 to purchase materials to make 100 noisemaker kits for the Detroit Makerfaire.
